Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 1576) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 177(STA)                                                                  
    "An Act placing certain special interest organizations within the                               
    definition of 'group' for purposes of Alaska's campaign finance                                 
    statutes; and requiring disclosure of the true source of campaign

    "An Act regulating nongroup entities and certain tax-exempt

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendments to CSHB 177(STA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 177(RLS)                                        
am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                    
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                          
amendments to CSHB 177(STA)?"  The roll was taken with the
